RED Root Chakra/Muladhara
Located at the base of your spine. A base or foundation for life, helps you feel grounded and able to withstand challenges. Responsible for your sense of security, survival and stability.
ORANGE Sacral chakra/Svadhisthana
Located just below your belly button. Responsible for your sexual and creative energy. Linked to how you relate to your emotions as well as the emotions of others.
YELLOW Solar plexus chakra/Manipura
Located in your stomach area. Confidence and self-esteem. Helps you feel in control of your life.
GREEN Heart chakra/Anahata
Located near your heart, in the center of your chest. Aids in our ability to love and show compassion.
BLUE Throat chakra/Vishuddha
Located in your throat. Aids our ability to communicate verbally.
INDIGO Third Eye chakra/Ajna
Located between your eyes. Strong gut instinct.
Responsible for intuition and imagination.
VIOLET Crown chakra/Sahasrara
Located at the top of your head. Represents your spiritual connection to yourself, others, and the universe. It also plays a role in your life’s purpose.
