Dispatches:
Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible using Royal Mail Tracked postal services. Larger, heavier packages such as cloaks and multiple clothing items may be dispatched using DPD 1-2 days service. See below for all available options.

This is the default option…
Small items which can be sent as a Large Letter will be £2.90
Orders weighing up to 2kg will be £4.10
Orders over 2kg will be £7.99
Orders over £60 will have free Tracked 48 delivery
Collection in person:
Free for orders collected in person from the Swindon shop (Click and Collect)
Tracked 24 (optional):
Small items which can be sent as a Large Letter will be £3.70
Orders weighing up to 2kg will be £4.99
Orders over 2kg will be £8.99
There is no free threshold for this option
Special Delivery (optional):
Orders weighing up to 1kg will be £9.95
Overs weighing over 1kg up to 2kg will be £12.75
Orders over 2kg will be £17.75
There is no free threshold for this option
Collection in person:
Website purchases can be collected in person from the Swindon shop, free of charge.
When making your purchase select the option ‘Free Collection from the shop‘ which will automatically cancel any delivery charges previously added.
Please bring proof of purchase like your order number, confirmation email and proof of identity.
Small Items:
The system will look at all the items in the basket and decide if they can all be sent as a Large Letter, if not then the small parcel rates will apply.
