Dispatches:
Orders are normally dispatched the following shop working day but orders arriving before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature. Larger, heavier packages such as cloaks and multiple clothing items may be dispatched using DPD 1-2 days service. There is an optional Special Delivery next day by 1pm service if you require it.
Cost:
Standard Delivery: (This will normally be Tracked 48 with Signature, insured up to £150, except small items under £20)

Orders weighing up to 2kg will be £5.60
Orders over 2kg will be £7.95
Orders over £50 will have free standard delivery
Collection in person:
Free for orders collected in person from the Swindon shop (Click and Collect)
Special Delivery:
Orders weighing up to 1kg will be £9.95
Overs weighing over 1kg up to 2kg will be £12.75
Orders over 2kg will be £17.75
There is no free threshold for special delivery
Collection in person:
Website purchases can be collected in person from the Swindon shop, free of charge.
When making your purchase select the option ‘Free Collection from the shop‘ which will automatically cancel any delivery charges previously added.
Please bring proof of purchase like your order number, confirmation email and proof of identity.
Small Items:
Small or low value items, which can be sent as a Large Letter will be £2.90
The system will look at all the items in the basket and decide if they all can be sent as a Large Letter, but note that even small items over the value of £20 will cost more to send for insurance purposes.
